Manikaran

Manikaran is located in the Parvati Valley between the rivers Beas and Parvati, northeast of Bhuntar in the Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh. It is located about 45 km from Kullu.Manikaran, a place of pilgrimage for Hindus and Sikhs, has a temple and a gurudwara. It is also a good spot for trout fishing.  In the center of the town Sri Ramchandra temple is located and one can have a very good look in and around this temple.
There is a hot spring that is located in the Gurudwara complex and the place also provides the devotees with free food.There is association with Guru Nanak and this is the reason that many Sikhs travelers come to the place.
